Hi
I have a BCM 50 2.0 with PRI we have apply to the CO for caller id they said it is there. when you receive a call you see the caller id but when you make a call for one of the extension only the pilot# shows eg.2426771900
the public OLI have the extension there.
have any one experience this problem

Each telephone has the ability to send its own 10 digit OLI, but if the entry is blank, it sends your BTN.

Adversity is Opportunity

the OLI is not Blank, lets just say one of the extension is 1922 the OLI on that i have 1922

Your talking Private OLI, it won't take anything less than all 10 digits in Public OLI.

Adversity is Opportunity

I have assign 10 digits to the Public OLI and that did not work
