BCM 50 not holding station names or DN's

Anyone ever heard of a BCM 50 not keeping changes made such as DN re-number, name ect...

We changed the DN's via element manager and then several hours later they had reverted. The names and settings were gone. The system kept the LAN 1 IP we gave it.

We programmed via Telset the second time, I went in yesterday and everything was gone again. I also had to enter keycodes manually as the BCM would not load the lic file.

This is a weird one.

I had 2 systems that lost some programming due to power failures.
Apply latest patches to cure this problem.
They contain a fix for lost programming.

also check there is not a sheduled backup being performed after your changes .
the reason is i also had a system losing programming on backups because it rebooted in the middle of it an wiped out my changes.

If the above fails, u may need to replace the HD.
