Got the AA as backup during the day. There is a night greeting at 5 p.m. set via non business hours in table 1. During the day each line is set to 5 rings so they can manually answer most calls. However the night AA Greeting also uses the 5 rings. Any better way to do this? Can I put the Night Greeting in another table and jump to Greeting table 2 where I can use less number of rings per line? Not real keen on the night button for this crew, too manual.

i think you cant do it . If you want to do it you need to get of the bcm via sip or BRI and com back on another number to get a new greeting table .

You could set the night ringing service to auto and build a schedule to match your non-business schedule.

Use night mode.Service mode)
assign the Voice mail DN to the ring group.eg 002
assign your incoming target line to the ring group 002

now when you activate nightmode(F871) the calls will ring the voicemail DN and the AA will answer Right away.
This shortens the ring time to immediate answer.

to switch off (F871) to return to normal mode

You can also set up night(Service mode) to be automatic if you wish
