BCM 50 Night Service go to personal Mbox 1

BCM 50 RLS 1 with patches. When night service button is pressed CCR works great, except if someone is on the phone. If so calls will go directly to the person on the phones mail box.
Is this normal for rls 1 of the BCM50? Can it be fixed to jsut go to the designated CCR tree?

i dont understand exactly what is going on ...but
try removing callforward busy setting on all extensions

Thanks senk1s for decoding my gibberish. I do recall the customer NEEDING voice mails to go directly to their mailbox if they were on the phone. So I did set call forward on busy to vmail, but I didn't know that it would affect the night night service. I will try the change.
