I've been having issues with the KEM modules on the reception set (1140e) contstantly freezing up (just the KEM's freeze, phone works o.k.)
Now at Nortel's behest I installed the latest and greatest patch (BCM50.R300.SU.SYSTEM28) and lo and behold now the customer is complaining of echoing on several telephone sets!
