BCM 50 modem

The documentation is available on the BCM itself. I feel that a person who is not knowledgable on the BCM can find alot in the docs.
Runako, the modem has an extension number. Go to a phone and do Feature 985. That will show you the VM extension. You will add 1 to that number and that will be the modem. For example, if the VM extension is 363 then the modem will be 364. They would transfer you the same as any extension. Just make sure that you have enabled the modem using Element Manager.

Runako, I was responding to another reply that apparently the moderator removed. I apologize that you found my reply offensive. I did know the answer, but, I feel that you learn more when you research the issue. Again, I did not mean it to be unhelpful.
