I'm working on a BCM 50. Set up a gmx account to route voicemail to email. This worked great for a little over a month, however, they are now getting their message forwarding disabled. I initially thought that the SMTP server address changed, which it did, but even when I put the correct one in, it still disables forwarding. Any thoughts?

Re check the SMTP server.
If it worked before the address was changed then the problem is the smpt.
You may have put back the original number but why was it changed.
Did some one change it on the bcm or was it the server address changed.
