bcm 50 lost password

Customer has a bcm 50 and nobody knows the password. The previous vendor says they left it at default but it is not working. Is there another user ID I can use other than "nnadmin"?

did they create another user id?

does the telset login work?

If you're a Nortel Partner, call ITAS and a level 2 tech will give you "the password of the day" based on current
date showing on your sets. That's the only way i know to reset a BCM 50 password.
