I have a BCM 50 RLS 2 that has been installed over 2 years and today all features quit working such as DND, Conf, Trans too V Mail, Etc. Has anyone seen this ? Is there a patch to fix?

Was it up to date w/ patches?

Did u have a power outage?

What alarms show in the alarm log?

I doubt patches will fix something that has just started to occur after 2 years.

Have you rebooted system? have you tried using a feature direct (not a button), have you tried to re-proram a feature on a button?
What have you tried?

I wouldn't be too quick on that one. I had a 400 just last week where the voicemail started acting up. This system hadn't been touched or patched for about a year. Turned out Nortel had just released a patch for that very problem. Put it in and did the SU21 update at the same time (don't have to go on about that one). But to the point, there was no rhyme or reason for this system to do what it did. Just happened out of the blue.

There are no error messages, no power loss. I cannot use The Feature 85 for DND it just does nothing (example), this is on every phone. I installed the Su 21 patch 2 years ago before install, no patches since then.

I work on BCM 1000's 200'2 400' 50's and sometimes out of the "blue" things happin for no apparant reason on a corretly patch system. I usually just power off power on and the system goes back to work. Just the nature of the beast. The BCM does not have the reliabilty of a MICS or CICS.
