BCM 50 lines won't release 1

Hello,
BCM 50 r5 is installed behind Option 61 pbx. customer has voice mail set for outbound transfer. When the two lines are conferenced for the transfer they don't release after the call. I have tried the line settings for supervised or non-supervised. Any other suggestions?

The Option needs to provide disconnect.
Any one that knows the PBX setting?
