BCM 50 Level 2 reset

Reset BCM 50 with Level 2 reset am now able to get in to system see admin and config tab all folders are not poulated need help reloading keycodes and features on system any ideas

U need to retrieve the keycode file from the Nortel krs site.

The system was never register by the dealer who sold it to my colleague is there another way?

It needs to be registered in krs. There is no other way, unless the person who sold it owns the lic file.

how can i register it in KRS without the site id? We own the system now there has to be a way we can register it.

You need to have a Nortel login to get into KRS. If you don't have one, just contact a local vendor who can do it for you. They'll probably charge you for it but it shouldn't be much. it doesn't take very long to haul down a license file and email it to you. All they'll need is your sysid from the BCM.

You can get the system id by Feature **SYSID on any 2 line display phoneset. Or look at the label on the underside.
