bcm 50 level 2 reset

How do i reset a bcm50 using level 2,


when i do a cold reset i get an error saying cannot build dialog,

Get a paper clip and the manual. U have to hit the button in a certain sequence and watch the LEDs to know when to hit the button. It's all in the manual.
