BCM 50 Lan CTE 1

We have a client thaat is going with a CTI program in his office. We have up[graded the BCM to 6.0 so it integrated with his dell computers running windows 7.
We have lan CTE licenses in the BCM. When we download the lan software from the BCM to the computers we get this error: line add provider Error operation failed

was told a while ago that it will only work on win 7 32 bit,, not 64,,, but not sure if that is still the case.

well if it's right, it will not work on PC's running windows 7 64 bit........
