BCM 50 keycodes

Trying to add key codes using element manager,
followed procedure outlined in guides, and the status shows all features as active (seems to be light grey , but maybe that's normal) No sets will work,when pressing intercom getting "keycode reqd" on screen. What am I doing wrong?
(The call pilot shows all extra mailboxes as being installed)

are you adding the LIC file or typing in the numbers

adding file...can't type numbers with 5.0

Do you get a message stating that the keycode has failed?.
Release 5 keycodes are very different than the previous ones as they have more security.

Make sure that the file extension and file name is correct.

I.e. 0029E1DD80CC_12.lic

I'd use wordpad instead of notepad to check that the keycode details are in there. Notepad can give out an empty file.

I now have my expansion module and sets working, but not the sets on the main cabinet.....thinking I'm leaving out something with configuration..

Check that your keycodes have the sets enabled for the main cabinet?.

Got it all working now! My fault....amphenol problems.Jeesh!
