We have a BCM 50e which we used at a customer site yesterday to check the quality of voice on their data network, since they are deciding to upgrade to VOIP.
When we installed the BCM50 back at our site the BCM would boot up, but nothing would happen. We noticed that the BCM 50 keeps rebooting itself.
Is there anything we can check/do to get the BCM working again. I cannot get into element manager but am able to login the router of the bcm.
Using the reset button in the BCM hasn't seemed to help either.
