BCM 50 issues

Has anyone heard of these following issues on BCM 50 Rel.1.0
Time&Date frozen in display,unable to make outgoing calls.
Incoming calls going on speaker mode after answering. Switch
does not show any active alarms.

Rel 1 had lots of bugs ... you need to apply all the patches, after which it is much improved....

I've had five Rel 1.02's do the same thing within the last week....none of them were patched up to date ...funny to have all these identical failures in one week after being installed for months.....Would almost look like a failure being triggered by Time/Date ???? Anyone else have this problem???
To be safe, I am applying all patches to these machines.
