BCM 50 ID

BCM 50, I need to add more mailboxes but I can't seem to locate the system id through the phone, when I get to sw keys it is not there and I mean the program sw keys is not there it goes from "telco features" to "Hardware" it skips "Software Keys" I also looked in F9*8 and could not find it there either. Any help appreciated.

it is on the label under the BCM50 box,,,it's the 12 digit number above site ID
