Opts 1 and 2 in the CCR are programmed to ring two different hunt groups. Both hunt groups have the same ringing sets except that ccr opt 2 has an additional ringing set in that hunt group. How can I get calls to go to the GD mailbox if no one answers after 4 or 5 rings after they press an option? Right now it is giving a voice prompt saying 'that person is unavailable' and then it goes back to the AA prompt. The GD mbox is 100 of course and assigned to x221. x221 is cfna 4 rings to vm.
