How to install new key codes from a PDF FILE ON A BCM 50

It needs to be in a lic. file to upload to the BCM. There is a way to enter it manualy if you have the numbers in it. Its in the feature *9.

Try copying the text from the pdf file and paste it into Notepad. Then save the Notepad file with the name in the format <system ID>_<sequence number>.lic So if your system ID was 01AB02CD03 and the sequence number was 4 then you would save the keycode file as 01AB02CD03_04.lic Then try to load it into the BCM using Element Manager.

If you have the sequence number with the codes just log into EM go to system then keycodes and manually enter them in. This is probably the fastest method.
