BCM 50 - How to amend/delete CCR Tree option attached to skillset 2

I want to delete and amend some options on a CCR tree.
The problem I am having is that I get the message:

"This node cannot be deleted because the tree is currently in use. Please remove all references to this tree from greeting table, CLID routing tables and from Contact Center day/night routing and caller input rule tables"

So I disabled skillsets and changed the day routing of ccr tree to none from one, there are no lines on the clid routing table or the caller input rule stable. but I am still getting the message.

Feel I am missing something obvious?



How do I cover the other items?

disable CCR tree from tables

Copy your existing CCR tree into an unused one. Make all the changes that you want to the copy. When you are happy, activate it in your greeting tables.

Voila. No disruption to existing call flows.
