bcm-50 Help Systen configuration

Hi Fellow Tech Guys. I am a new member needing some direction/ help/ clarification/ links in developing bcm50 based solution for multi site environment.

Current Config:
• 3- Sites. Each has Fixed IP address internet access.
• MAIN SITE: Site has Key Systems supporting 8 lines/ 16 extensions with Paging Support; The LAN in Main Site is supported by SBS 2000 (Small Business Server) Server and provides VPN Access to branch offices.
• The 2nd major site has about 8 phones supported by Centrex and has a simple Peer-Peer LAN.
• And the last site is small site with 2-4 phones and has a simple Peer-Peer LAN.
• Each site has Fax support.


The Question:
Main Site: Thinking of developing a BCM50 based solution with Expansion Units, 1 DTM, 1 DSM32, T7316e, PRI, Voice Messaging etc to support up to 20 phones. This, I think will provide, Voice at main site. What I am not clear about is the BCM50 Data/ VOIP configuration(s) requirements/ capabilities at the main site and the branch offices. Is it possible for the BCM50 to use/ be part of the main existing LAN? Hate to wire/ lay down another LAN to support BCM.
