BCM 50 died at customer site so replaced ksu and we are trying to salvage old system by replacing hard drive. Bought a new Barracuda drive from a distributor and installed but on power up Nortel lite just flashes yellow and system doesn't appear to load. Any thoughts? Supposedly hard disk was pre imaged.

With a multi-image drive you have to login using PuTTY to initialize the software load from the hard drive. You can download for free from here:
