BCM 50 Fax On-Desktop 1

Hi

I'm trying to configure fax on-desktop on BCM50 rls 2, I'm using outlook 2003, I can receive external faxes but I cannot send external faxes, I set up the callpilot desktop aplication to use the callpilot (BCM50) Ip address, I'm not using DNS.
When I send a fax to an internal number using Nortel fax there is no problem, If I send the fax to an external number (9+external number), I see on the "BCM monitor -> Voice Ports -> Voice Mail" that the ports get activated (appear fax) for a while but nothing happen.
I checked that the application DN's have access to line pools and no restriccions.
Any idea?

Have you set the outdial to route (9) in your mailbox settings ?
