BCM 50 Fax locks up

Have an BCM 50 rel 1.0 that has fax messaging turned on. Here's the problem, every so often the fax line will ring no answer until you reboot the system then works fine for a while. Anyone heard of this and if so is there a fix????

There are several known patches that need to be loaded inot the BCM. Do you have any patches loaded?
