BCM 50 fan never stops running.

Hi Guys,
I have a BCM50 in my office.The fan never seems to quiet down.The fan keeps going at full speed all the time.I tried resetting the system several times with no luck.Where the BCM is located is room temp and cool.Any thoughts?Thanks.
