call comes in hits F986, the screen ask for mailbox number. I enter a mailbox and the call justs sits on hold, it never says call transfered. I'm thinking I probably need a software update, what is the latest patch number?

Check your settings for SWCA. If its set to Invoke on Hold then F986 will not work
