go to telephony-sets - active sets
go to Restriction tab
select extn and set Normal filter(02) to 06 which barrs all calls

go to call security Class of service
select an entry
put in a 6 digit password and set a restriction filter to allow calls say 02

now the users dials feature 69 (i think) enter the 6 digit code followed by 9 for outside line

Hi

Thanks for that its know barring calls but every time I do feature 69 it says admin access prohibited ??

In class of services I have entered a password under 00 but do I need to enter anything in the other Collins under filters ??

What do I put in the filters under class of service. O2 ?

Make filter 06 and And put 9,1, I think you can do a wild card of any number. Then assign 6 to the phone. Filter 2 is the default that is assigned to every phone and if you change it it will retrict all phones.

Hi there

Do I have put all lines into 06 which I confirm
It bares called great :) now in cos of services
00 I have put a password of 123456 do I have to put anything in
Set restriction filter or line restriction filter

When I try f68 then password then I sail 9 then a no. ??

I'm not exactly sure what your trying to say there, but if you've followed snowman's steps from earlier and you've set-up your cos.
if you pick up the phone and try to dial an outside # it should beep at you and tell you it's a restricted call.
when you press Feature 68 and enter your password, it should allow you to dial any outside # you have allowed in your filter.
