bcm 50 expansion unit

Help! Im trying to get an expansion unit up and running- where do I cross connect the 4 analog lines and what line numbers do I use in programming?- thanks in advance

Easy there champ, all the pins are clearly marked in the BCM50 installer documentation along with the line numbers. Just check under the GATM4 settings. Also make sure you enable the GATM under telephony resources so the BCM knows it's there. Line numbers are 065-068.

Are you sure that you installed the keycode for the expansion module and are plugged into the right expansion port? GATM 4 and 8 are cross connected the same way as a Norstar. Telephony resources will tell you what lines are being used.
