BCM 50 Element Mgr reinstall works then stops 1

I have the BEM off the existing BCM50 it works when i re-install to new directory but after i go out and back in it stops working...cannot see Active sets...can see and chance IP subsystem though

Is the BCM fully patched with the latest? If not bring it up to full and once that's done reinstall the Element Manager.

Reinstalled BEM in a different directory...now working fine
