bcm 50, don't know the pswd

Hello all;

1) If I do a level 1 reset will that reset the nnadmin pswd?
2nd) will I lose any keycodes that are in there and how do I keep them if I can't get into the bcm through EM?

I can access through a tel set.

You will set the nnadmin pw back to default and yes you will need to enter your keycode file again. Any patches will stay though. Have a great day.

Have your vendor call Nortel.
Nortel can provide a Password of the Day that will allow access to the BCM in order to change the nnadmin password.
