BCM 50 Does the PC interface software work on Vista or windows 7

I just stopped by a client that has a BCM 50 and bought all new PC's with windows 7 and a few with vista.
He can no longer run the software from the BCM.
I see it says windows 98, 2000 and XP does anyone have a workaround?

I am not able to install the software to be able to check the compatibility box to run it windows.
Was or is their a patch made for this?????

What software? do you mean Element Manager?
Patch the BCM then re-download it form there or go here:

I tried to use Remote Utilities on a Win7 PC and it failed. After further investigation, I found that this program, only for use on XP or Win NT, will work on Win7 ONLY IF the Win7 is 32-bit. If you have a 64-bit Win7 it will fail. Install your softeware on a Win7 32-bit PC and you should not have to make any adjustments...it will work.
