BCM 50 Direct dial goes to Fax 1

Hi, I have a strange issue in my BCM50 Rel. 2.0
The operator number is 109 and direct dial number 0 is directed to this 109 (in the dialing plan).

Now the problem is, Whenever and external call comes and they press 0, it goes to Fax which is in the DN 100 instead of going to 109.

Internally, if users press 0, goes correctly to 109.

Can anybody help me to solve this?

Check your operator settings in Call Pilot. Sounds like Attendant is still 100

I checked it, attendant is 109

Also check the Attendant setting in the greeting table.

Thanks a lot! Attendant extension under the first greeting table was 100. changed it to 109 and worked as expected.
