I recently installed a 12 port digital set key code to my BCM 50 rls 3.0. It took and show the 12 digital stations but when I plug a phone in any of the ports and press the intercom key the display show "Not allowed" Is this a bad system or a bad key code? I wiped out the entire hard drive through a manueal rest and reentered the key code but the same problem. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Go to element manager and verify that the key code is there.

A BCM 50 release 1 and release 2 keycode won't work on a release 3 system.
