I notice ont he BCM 50 there is a check box against dial up to allow full LAN access.

The manual says for BCMs with integrated router than a static route must also be setup. As usual for Nortel documentation it doesn't say what will happen if it's a BCM 50 without integrated router.

On the model without a router can LAN access be gained?

I woudl have thoguht the tick box shouldn't appear for non router models if not....

I actually would like to provide LAN access - but unsure if I can do that on aBCM 50 without router

Yes u can just change network setting on the LAN port in the bcm to be on you network you can then use element manager to access

Hi Can I also use the BCm for dial up access to the LAN itself? There is an option to allow LAN access. However I am unsure if that can only work on the BCM 50a and BCM50e ie those with embedded routers
