BCM 50 has had the time changed for daylight saving - ie the time was set 1 hour less ( 3am becomes 2am) - however it was changed the date format as well.

The date format was MM/DD/YY now it is DD/MM/YY - this happened at 10.51 am - I spoke to the distributors and they did not remote in and change the time (they have 100 sites and did not change any ), the customer is adamant they did not change the time - so does the BCM 50 does this as apart of the programming ie automated?
If so , is this normal to change the date format - is this a bug?

Thanks in advance.
