BCM 50 Cutover from AT&T PRI to TWC PRI 1

What you SHOULD expect is nothing. It should be absolutely seamless and have the whole thing take about 10 minutes.
HOWEVER
What you CAN expect is that the PRI will not come up and they will blame the BCM, telling you that you have defective hardware, incorrect programming yada yada yada.
Just make sure that your interface is set correctly and your protocols are set to match what they expect.
NI-1 (labelled as DMS100 in the BCM) or NI-2

Port your numbers
Outside of that, there isn't much more to it.
