I have installed the keycodes for Contact Center on a BCM 50. I can see the codes are installed on the system. However, when I log into the Call Pilot Manager and try to work with the Call Center configuration, it is not enabled. What is needed to enable Call Center.

What keycodes do you have? You will require 1 ICC but you will also need codes for agents and skillsets (and RCC if you want reporting)

According to the Nortel website, I have the following:

ICC Skillset : 4 units
Int Analog Trunk : 4 units
ICC Agents : 32 units
VM seat : 20 units
VoIP GW Trunk : 2 units
Upgrade : 211 units
Exp Port : 2 units
ICC Reporting : 1 units

Any thoughts?

Download Element Manager from BCM and try again...

I think you're missing the 1 ICC license (depending on what release you have). It actually licenses the Contact Centre. I see you do have licenses for skillsets, agents and reporting BUT they will do you no good without the 1 ICC.
