our client wants to make a contact center with 4 agent .he needs when the customer calls, there is a pop up screen comes out on the PC screen says the name and the number of the custmoer . i did that by LAN CTE and PCM personal call manager. the issue is if an agent for example agent 1, register the customer data like name and address and so on , HOW THE OTHER 3 AGENTS will see these data i mean how that info will be shared between all agents.
