Hi,

We have a BCM50 set up at our office, and when you call in, it gives a 'thank you for calling' message and proceeds to tell you to press '1' for Sales and Service, or '2' to find out our business hours. Recently our hours of operation have changed, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get into the menu and record a new message for when you press '2'. I wasn't the one who set up the system originally, so any help would be very appreciated.

Just to be clear, it isn't the MAIN greeting I need to change, I need to change the message that is played when the user presses '2'

Thanks.

You have A CCR tree set-up. You will need to disable the CCR tree and chg path 2, which is or should be a info path. If you have little or no CCR knowledge it can be kinda tricky to mess with.
