BCM 50 ccr tree not breaking dial tone 1

I have a BCM 50 with a very basic ccr tree setup. System has a pri.Tree 1 is setup within table 1, answering on target line 157 in 4 rings. The AA answers as it should but no caller input digits are ever recognized. The recording keeps on playing until the end and then transfers to the reception ext. The tree is set up as a home/menu.

With the CCR, what programming is set up for the caller choices? For whatever, press 1, for directions, press 2? How is that set up and programmed?

sounds as if the voice greetings are not being played back.

try rebooting the system first.

Is it by any chance a bcm50 rel2.
There were issues like this before on this version.
Apply the latest SU patch to fix the problem.
