It has been over 5 years since I have setup a CCR Tree from Scratch so I need some guidence.

The client wants 2 voicemail for the owners. I have set them up with no problem and we can transfer to them. But they want the following.

1. When calling after hours, they do not want the phone to even ring. They will ALWAYS answer the phone when open so even after 6+ rings, they do not want anything to answer for them. But at night (5:30 pm to 8 am) they want a greeting that says their office hours 2 times (same greeting, just repeated) and then give them NO options to leave a message or transfer to an extension. Basically Hang Up. I presently have this setup as greeting 10. I have the ringing service setup to start at 5:30 and select greeting 10. But the phones ring 1/2 ring before answering, then plays the greeting, then the "using the dial pad, enter the extension you want to call or press 0 for the operator)". I tried setting up Day ringing service and put all the extensions in the group and made all the lines show on the phones but not ring. That solved the problem of the phones not ringing after hours, but when they ring in day service, they do NOT display the caller ID Name. So I know I did something wrong on that or I did not set it up correctly.

I am NOT using any CCR's as I don't want them going to any options. Should I have set them up instead?

2. I setup the Holidays (dates) in the system. I have assigned them to certain greeting tables (1= New Years Eve/New Years, 2=Memorial Day, etc). Since I have the dates in there, will the system just default to those automatically?

Any help would be appreciated on these items.

Hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

1.
CLID and Ringing
Any set that has lines told to "Appear & Ring" or "Ring Only" will give a half ring when in Night mode (Service Mode).
Same box but 2 different software's.
Service Modes - is programming by the Telephone system
Auto Attendant - is programmed by the Voicemail system

So when a call come in it starts to ring the sets but Callpilot quickly answers the call because Service Modes redirected it to Callpilot, hence the half ring.

On POT's lines, setting AA to two rings will capture CLID since it's sent between the 1st and 2nd ring.
Service Modes does not have a ring count like AA does so AA will pickup right away because Service Modes said so.

Most setups are AA will handle day calls as a backup after X amount of rings and Service Modes answers at Night.
Night - in Callpilot Table/Schedule tell which greeting plays and when, but also in Telephony Service Modes setup Night to answer lines.

AA Menu Prompt & DN Dialing
You can go into Greeting Table and Disable Menu Prompt or Enable it and record a second of silence.
on the same page you can Disable DN Dialing so that DN's cannot be reached.

CCR Tree
You could setup "for hours of operation press 1, select a repeat key, and tell the call to disconnect.
Greeting 1 (which you dont want) would be "Thank you for calling ABC", greeting 2 would be "Thank you for calling ABC, we are now closed"
The 2nd part of the greeting can be recorded in CCR Path/Node 0 or Table/Custome Menu Prompt - For for company hours press 1, for address press 2.

0 & General Mailbox
If you need to disable them, go down to Configuration

2. Yes, holidays will play on the date you specify.
