BCM 50-Call Pilot 1

Customer has a BCM 50-2.0(New Install). It has been in for approx. 6 months. The issue is that since the install the voicemail has locked up 6 times. Does anyone know of this problem and is there a patch to remedy this. This lockup does not affect the phone side of the BCM. Just the voicemail. A re-boot frees up the voicemail.

I've had the same problem. Must be a patch but I can't find which one it is.

the actual patch number for the voicemail problem is
BCM050.R200.039-VOICEMAIL

BCM050.R200.SmartUpdate.System.007-200801 is the latest patch that you should have. Blink & you will miss a patch.
Unbelievable how fast these patches keep coming out!!!!!
