BCM 50 Call Pilot remote AA greeting change

On a BCM 50 callpilot I am trying to show a customer how to change a greeting remotely. The way I normally get in is via the system manager mailbox, then dialing 99, this is not working on this system. I am just getting a message about a call center feature not enabled or something like that. Any suggestions?

I have heard of this once but don't recall resolution.

What Rls BCM50 is it?
What mode is the mailbox in? CP or NVM? (wondering if CP and is culprit)

Is mailbox 102 ini.? Can you set them up with remote access for vm admin only?
