Hello;

Have a BCM 50 where users complain they can't "pick up another call" from thier desk.

Realized that no pickup groups were assigned. Now, intercom calls (within the office) can be picked up by F75. Before were "denied in admin".

Now the users complain that it doesn't work with calls coming in from other of our branch offices. We IP trunk back to our other remote offices (also BCM's) using lines 1-6 assigned to Pool:BlocA.

I've read that group pickup doesn't work with "PRIVATE" lines. Is there a simple fix here (similar to making sure that each set was configured with a pickup group)?

Thanks Much!

If you programmed all the DID's(the ones programmed with the private received for intercom calls between the sites) to "PRIVATE" then no you can't do a pickup on those. I usually program those as public then assign each as "ring only" on every sets, then you'll be able to use the pickup function on VoIP calls as well.
