Does anyone know of any off the shelf IVR software application that will provide some basic IVR prompting?

I want to provide a perscription option in the auto attendent which when selected, will allow for 3 voice prompts recording Name, Address, and medication type.

I'm evauluating the following product but I'm learning the BCM-50 currently and have a lot of questions.

Any experience or thoughts in this area of BCM-50 LAN CTE integration with an IVR application would be appreciated dearly.
