I'm trying to find out how many call center seats the client's BCM 50 has. I'm not sure I can log in via Element manager, need to have the IT guy give me the IP address, but if I log in via Feature 9*8 will I be able to see how many agent seats it has, when the Call Pilot's came out I thought it was 10 agents basic but I think now it's 2 and client must buy seats. Is it the same for the BCM? Also the skill sets, is it basic number I saw on other threads, 10 ro 50.

Can someone shed some light?

Thanks

there are a couple different packages. the one I used to start with the most is Part # NTBU1167 BCM50 Intelligent Contact Center (1 SkillSet, 2 Agents).

Then add Keycodes for what else I need. I have never logged in via 9*8, but if you can get in and see the keycodes you will be able to see what you have.

Thanks BombOne,

Any idea what could be out of the box for the BCM 50 on the Call Center?

there is nothing call center related "out of the box" on the BCM 50. You need a keycode to make it work.
