BCM 50 busy tone

Hi everybody.
I have one customer with BCM 50 R3.
Setup is very simple, 4 analogue trunks & 10 digital phones.
All out side calls come through the operator.
Is there a any way if operator is busy, outside caller should hear music or recorded message?

Connect a music source to the MOH port and under general settings enable music for moh.

That is only if she puts the caller on hold . There is nothimg on the standard system that will do that. Now if you have a Call Center it will do that.

I think your talking about $2000 for that, a key code to enable call center and one for skillset/agents?

There are other options like set call forward busy to another set, answer DN or hunt groups, night bell etc.

But You do have Auto attendant on the BCM.

After x amount of ring you can get have the call answeded
by the AA, Let the AA Q the call until she is Available,
While the AA holds the your MOH will kick in.

The AA will not Que calls only a Contact Center or hunt group will.
