BCM 50 BST doorphone microphone issues

I changed out old 824 to BCM 50 R6 and swapped out old doorphone to BST but was unable to get microphone on doorphone to open...only one way audio. I checked all settings with no luck.

Try a reboot or another port

I tried sending calls to both digital and analog... same outcome. i did not reboot switch....i did a refresh instead.
