BCM 50 BCM Amp

I am trying to load music on hold on to a BCM 50 R6. The music file I know is compatible since I have used it on other systems with success. I can upload the file. When I try to add it to the playlist I get a error pop up message as follows: "PlayList Add Failure; List output error. Update Cancelled" The end result is that I cannot get the sound file to play. For my browser I tried old IE, Firefox and Chrome. I am using a WinXP PC. Not sure where to go next.

Do you have all 4 of these last/latest patches installed?
-Desktop 005
-System 022
-SAMBA 136-1
-UTPS 138-1

Wav files must be recorded as:
Bit rate 8 khz
Audio sample size = 16 bit
Channels - 1(mono)
Audio Format -PCM

Even though it works try another file recorded with above parameters.
You can also convert to above using programs like Audacity etc.

This customer has none of those patches applied nor do I have access to them.

One more suggestion...
-Make sure java is installed and/or enabled on your XP

To resolve the issue is mandatory to restore only Ip Music to Factory Default.
