I am having an issue trying to failover from the auto attendant to hunt group 461 (HG01) during the day.
However I have had to create a messy workaround via the main DDI number. In the AA message the caller must dial 0 to get to the main attendant ext 221. I have then created a forward to overflow to HG01 which is setup to broadcast on 6 extensions. After 30 secs the caller is then given the option to leave a voicemail on the main attendant DN.
I would like to remove the workaround and program a better way of doing the above.
